“I had blown a tire and needed it repaired since I was riding on a donut. I arrived later in the day when their schedule was already booked till closing with appointments and Grimes still stayed later to work me in and get me set up. Unfortunately it couldnt be repaired but they set me up with a replacement and took care of it!”
