Had an issue with payments and corporate. Jamaul at the Springville location was very friendly and helpful, and knew exactly what was going to happen. He made the ordeal a lot less frustrating!

I just wanted to leave a comment about the service at the Springville, Alabama store. Ms. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful; she answered all my questions and helped me with all the necessary steps to activate my new phone. I definitely recommend her. If you visit this store, be sure to ask for her!
