“Nice people work here! Let's face it - the only thing that can vary in a federal business is the people you encounter. They sell dictated products and services, so the employees make the difference. I have been greeted cordially and helped greatly each time I've entered here.”

“My order said it was delivered but I did not receive it. I filed a claim online and 3 people reached out to me to make it right. Cassandra called, Jartshire emailed and a man came by the house (didn’t get his name). They all were trying to make it right. I did receive my package. I received excellent customer service which is hard to come by these days. Thank you Leeds Post office!”

“This is our favorite post office.but... on Friday we had to ship a box to Kentucky. Was standing at the door of the post office at 4:27, they close at 4:30. The door was locked and the lady just stared at me like I was way too late. I held up my watch to show it was 4:27. This aggravates me I didn't know they were allowed to close early! I enjoy going here but this is not right just cause it's Friday and your ready to leave you shouldn't be able to close early!”
