“Thank you to Mr. M. Wyatt, GREAT SERVICE today! As a female, I find it sometimes challenging to find car service and repair places that dont try to pull the wool. This is NOT the case here!
Mr. Wyatt was personable and was very nice to interact with for the oil change. The service was fast, but he took the time to explain different oils to me. He answered my questions with a smile and humor. Even the General Manager was a nice fella. He said hello and spoke to me while service was being done. Even gave me a tip on growing moss on rocks using buttermilk. :)
Super job fellas, I will be back. Highly recommend!”
“Caleb Jones was a great guy to work with! I had a bad experience with a bigger dealership in Birmingham and Caleb was a breath of fresh air. I didn’t feel pressured and appreciated the transparency of the whole dealership.”

“I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle from Toyota of Sylacauga! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Preston Parker, who went above and beyond to make my car-buying experience stress-free and easy. He was patient, helpful, and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase.
I truly appreciate how well I was treated by everyone at the dealership. If you’re looking for a vehicle and want a great experience, I definitely recommend Toyota of Sylacauga and especially Preston! 🚗😊”
