34898 US-280, SylacaugaThe two ladies in this shop are absolutely amazing. I have two dogs that I take to them, an 8 lb yorkiepoo and a 70lb bernedoodle (full grown will be 100lbs). Not many groomers take large dogs, but so thankful they do. Lauren has been grooming doodles for 5+ years and is a pro. They are so sweet and listen to my needs and requests. My big girl had an ear infection after her first groom, and they were very attentive to helping me come up with a game plan to prevent the at from happening again and they were right on the money as we have not had one since. My girls love groom days and socializing with the sweet ladies and pups. I also love they offer potty breaks and water while there because not a lot of groomers do. Overall wonderful experiences and I have already scheduled out my whole year of grooms with these ladies.

933 Old Birmingham Hwy, SylacaugaMy dog Clyde spent his almost 2 yrs in a horrible shelter. He is not find of going in the car or to the vet.
He runs right in the door at Baxley. He was his tail and loves all the attention he gets from everybody there. He had a procedure done and was still happy. He couldn't ask for more loves and pets.
I couldn't ask for a more caring, considerate and friendly team.

41 Shelter Ln, SylacaugaI just want to say the staff here has been so wonderful and helpful. They really deal with so much we cant even imagine and with little to no help! Please keep that in mind when you call to report a problem. They are ALWAYS willing to help but when you have lottle to no help and no cooperation from the public with spaying and neutering their dogs, the community IS the part of the problem and make their job that much harder! We have compassionate staff that are here to help but we need to help them as well! Thank you so much for all that you do to help the community with the epidemic of stray dogs!
