“Cooper!! the man is a legend, i can’t thank him enough for helping me and my boyfriend out. we were stuck for a SECOND time on I-59 between Collinsville and Fort Payne and he got there quick, helped us load the car and saved our rim! towed us to walmart so i could buy a new set of tires, and he bonded with us at a customer level. having someone that’s both extremely helpful and understanding in situations like this, you just can’t beat it. thank you again!”
“Towing our camper on the Interstate in Northeast Alabama, a Turkey smashed our windshield. State trooper called Hulgan's. Josh, the driver, towed our pickup truck and camper off the highway 40 miles to Chattanooga. He did his job an expert and was a real nice guy too.
That same night, the owner had a motorcycle accident. Josh was very nervous, but still did his job real well. We called down there, spoke to the owner, found out that he was OK, and thanked him so much.
