“Cooper!! the man is a legend, i can’t thank him enough for helping me and my boyfriend out. we were stuck for a SECOND time on I-59 between Collinsville and Fort Payne and he got there quick, helped us load the car and saved our rim! towed us to walmart so i could buy a new set of tires, and he bonded with us at a customer level. having someone that’s both extremely helpful and understanding in situations like this, you just can’t beat it. thank you again!”

“First day of vacation, driving from Texas to Tennessee ...the variable valve timing solenoid died on us making driving further impossible. We were in the middle of nowhere, a small town called Fort Payne. The guys from the O'Reilly's Parts store recommended these guys for a potential towing to the nearest Toyota dealership. However when we reached their shop, Kevin the owner said he could fix the car for me if we could wait for the parts to be delivered from another town. Four hours later the parts came and one of their employees, Bubba , fixed my car in less than 45 minutes and we could continue our trip.
I have no words to express my total gratitude to these people. Everyone recommended them and now I know why. They are absolutely AMAZING.If I could give them ten stars would be a total understatement. The best part : they fixed the car a a fraction of the cost estimated by the Toyota Dealership, and I mean thousands in difference.The dealership was asking us $1890 and Bubba fixed it from a bit over 250$ parts and labor. God bless your heart, Bubba !!! Definitely, I pray that you wont have to ever need them...but if you do, call them with the highest confidence, they are great people!”

“HIGHLY recommend Guffey & Son's to anyone! The clutch went out in our 1981 CJ5 Jeep 30 miles from home on a Sunday and they saved the day! My sister-in-law has AAA, so she called in a tow request at 3:17 pm. They said Twenty Four Seven Towing would be dispatched and be there within the hour, around 4:15 pm. After not hearing from the tow company, SIL called Twenty Four Seven directly. The guy told her AAA had called him, but he turned them down because he has "no drivers today". She called AAA again and was told they could try to locate another company, but it wouldn't be out of the Fort Payne area, which would be a much longer wait. I called Guffey & Son's towing.
