“I highly recommend Towed Recovery. Towed my car, that was broke down back to my house. The driver was very respectful.I wish I remembered his name but I don't, but he was very respectful done an amazing job in a Decent amount of time not havingto wait forever and I can say they're the best prices around not gonna charge an arm and a leg just all around an amazing experience with this company. I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH.”
“Family member had car issues and I had to work with them remotely. They were extremely accommodating and patient since there were often delays in communication on my part. Very friendly and helpful.”
“We broke down in town in Conway and the person who answered the call was polite and professional. The tow driver, Daniel, noticed their dispatch had put down a driver for us that happened to be further away than he was and took the initiative to get our tow done faster. When Daniel arrived he worked quickly and provided some solid advice. I will be recommending Heart of Arkansas whenever I run across someone in need of towing.”
“Great place that is most reasonably priced, stands behind their work, own wreckers and 2 mechanics that between either one, has forgot more then most mechanics for 50 miles around ever knew.”

“Adam is awesome! Called all around town and couldn't find my size tire. Called Dales and Adam answered and helped me immediately and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great price and friendly service! Thanks again guys. I will be back with my business for sure. Very reliable service.”
“Great people, great atmosphere,! Thanks to these great group of people for getting me back on the road after a hit and run. From the time I came in for an appraisal on my vehicle to the time I picked up my vehicle these people had great customer service and kept me in loop of every detail with my vehicle. The big boss came out and spoke with me as we did a walk around with my vehicle and he let me know I new lady to their team is who worked on my car . i didn't catch a name but she definitely out done herself with my car. She have me looking like I came off the show room floor. Again , thank you guys so much and I will be back if needed.”
“Great experience, didn’t take too long at all. Awesome communication, and letting me know! As well as a great price you can’t beat. Definitely recommend this place & will take my truck here all the time.”
“Truly a helpful and kind business. I had a tire puncture on Hwy 64, and pulled in out of necessity. They immediately and professionally helped me. A few minutes later I had a plugged tire, and I am so glad they were there.”

“I have to give a big thanks to Helton’s Wrecker service. My son was in a wreck Friday afternoon, the day after Christmas. His car had to be towed and we couldn’t get into it until Monday morning. He had cash, gift cards and Christmas presents in the car along with other valuables and everything was left in the car untouched. I truly appreciate their honesty!!!”

“Pro Auto Conway (Ranchette Rd) was 100% top notch. When setting up my appointment Amber was very professional and courteous. She answered any and every question I had. And kept me up to date with every detail. The work done ( body work and painting) was fantastic. They go out of their way in customer service. The owner was there when my vehicle was ready and made sure I was happy with the work completed.
I would highly recommend them!
