“I came in the store today to resolve an issue and it was resolved. The lady helping me her name is Lexie she was awesome. She was very sweet, polite. She knows her stuff very well. Helped me out and took her time to answer questions to every within I asked. Also James was there very wonderful as well they helped me make a purchase on beats and gave me the pros and cons. I’m truly grateful for these two associates helping me . But I can say Lexie rules.”

“If you’re in the Talladega or Anniston area ask for Cole. I went to Verizon to get a new phone, and Cole made sure I got the best deal possible on that phone, and it took less than 30 minutes!”

“I wasn't familiar with Cricket so I visited the store in Talledega because I wanted another phone service. I had a warm greeting every time. Cierria, Shereka, Taleshie, and Heather were very knowledgeable about the service and products. They made my decision to switch over smooth and assisted me with every transferring aspect etc.. Thank you all so much.”
