“A friend of mine has been talking about this place for a few years now and he finally took me yesterday! He loves it for their high-end, cotton bandanas that come in a lot of cool, one of a kind prints. I was slightly confused by the place. They sell some cosmetic products, perfumes, hats, and clothes. They have a rack in the back for more thrifted/vintage items ranging from $15-$110, but they also have new shirts in the front of the store costing about $100. I found a gold ring that I liked and was nervous to ask about the price but it seemed reasonable at $30, so I got it! I’m really glad to have trendy shops populating downtown Woodlawn, because I’d like to see more business in my local area. I’m just unsure about the price point of this store. I will be back to check out the jewelry and thrift rack in the back though! The cashier we chatted with as we shopped was super kind and personable.”

I enjoy that the clothing can be dressed up and professional while I sell real estate but I can also put it to the test while I am adventuring and doing outdoor activities. “Very well taken care of. Started in Pell City, from there to Oxford and finished in Trussville. Can't remember the sales person name, but she was wonderful. This young ladies exemplifies what it means to really take care if a client. She went over and above to make sure that I had everything that I needed. I called the Trussville store to be sure that they were holding the right piece that I needed and this young lady had left the Pell City store and had driven to the Trussville store. And to my surprise she answered the phone in Trussville, she remembered who I was from the Pell City store and confirmed the item being held for me. Love my outfit! “I went into Honeycreeper chocolates not realizing that they cohabitate with this clothing store as well. A few pieces on their sale rack caught my eye out front, but nothing that made me want to purchase anything. I did not interact with the staff, but the main reason I knocked off one star is based on the pricing this store utilizes. I understand and appreciate the goals and ideals of sustainability that basic. is trying to promote. However, I feel that $630 for a sweater dress is not the answer to promote sustainable fashion.The owners informed me that there is a section of used clothing in the back of the store starting at $10, which I think it very smart. I will have to go back and check it out!”

“I have tried to shop here multiple times and each is the same- I just cannot give business to a store that does not greet, does not engage or offer help, and looks at the customer as if deciding whether they are worthy of assistance. Each time I leave feeling like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman after her first shopping attempt.After the last time when my daughter was treated in the same manner, I am compelled to leave a review. Other Homewood boutiques are much more pleasant, kind, helpful and will receive my business.I am updating my review based on my most recent experience. I chose to try and shop again. It was completely different ?I was greeted and offered help. The associate working the fitting room offered her opinion when I asked since I was shopping for my daughter. The staff was friendly and were helping many in the store as well. I am glad I gave the store another chance. “I was in town for my sons surgery at the Andrew's Institute. Ventured to Homewood, Al to grab a cookie and got sucked into some magical world of boutique shops and kind humans. While the dress I fell in love with didn't fit and I was too pressed for time to meander long enough to try anything else, the store was still worth reviewing. Exquisite taste and a sweetheart disposition who’s always willing to assist even if you’re a “drive by”, like me.? He has recently changed addresses in Tarrant and is now located at 1140 Ford Avenue with a new number as well. (I’ll let him post it publicly.) Word on the streets is he also hopes to open a shop in Gardendale in the future.
