AMAZON MOB5 is a location with a mixed experience. The entrance and exit are a little tight and can be missed, and the yard is also a little tight, requiring patience. Check-in and out is easy. They have nobody to unload trailers until 8:00 a.m., but they are quick to unload and get you going. Good people work here, without the usual Amazon BS attitude. One driver experienced a concerning atmosphere with another driver who was uncooperative. However, an employee and her team did an amazing job in overdrive to resolve a delivery issue for a customer, ensuring a successful and happy moment. Parking on the street is possible but not recommended.

    My Amazon packages are delayed every single week due to this location. I don’t even know why I pay for prime anymore. Countless times my packages have gotten shipped to this location and gotten lost.
