AMAZON MOB5 is a location with a mixed experience. The entrance and exit are a little tight and can be missed, and the yard is also a little tight, requiring patience. Check-in and out is easy. They have nobody to unload trailers until 8:00 a.m., but they are quick to unload and get you going. Good people work here, without the usual Amazon BS attitude. One driver experienced a concerning atmosphere with another driver who was uncooperative. However, an employee and her team did an amazing job in overdrive to resolve a delivery issue for a customer, ensuring a successful and happy moment. Parking on the street is possible but not recommended.

    Worse delivery company I ever dealt with they delivered my packages to the wrong address more times than not, even though my address number I in full view in large numbers. Amazon is a joke and I won't ever deal with this company again. Terrible company.

    Every time my package touches this place it’s automatically a day late than what Amazon states as the delivery date. Worst part it’s only 1 hour and 30 minutes from where it needs to go and they drag it for 12 hours once they leave the warehouse. UPS sure post faster 😭.

    It’s open 24 hrs but my packages have been sitting there for days and will be sitting there. Amazon needs to find out what’s the problem with this place.
