“I called the Tim White State Farm Agency in Theodore AL to get a quote for our automobile coverage and our homeowners. Our current carriers premiums had gone out the roof. I called Tim's agency because we live in Theodore and preferred a local agent if possible. Morgan Cook was the Sales Representative that took all my information and for the most part gave me the quotes on the spot. I was shocked at how much lower the premiums were for both policies. Needless to say, we made the switch to State Farm. Morgan took care of everything for me including calling my mortgage company escrow department letting them know we had new insurance and she was sending over the declaration page. I had planned on taking care of that but she took care of all of that for me before they paid the old companies renewal policy premium. I can't say enough about the service we have received from Morgan during this entire process. She has kept me up to date on everything every step of the way. I would highly recommend this agency for all your insurance needs and definitely ask for Morgan Cook. She is by far the most impressive agent I have every worked with. 10 stars from me!”
