“I bought a used tire 2 weeks ago. The used tire they sold me, had a belt that was detaching from the tire (which happens, unknowing to the seller). I dredded going back, because I believe they wouldn't help me. Pleasantly surprised!!!! The ower said it happens, and replaced the tire. What a relief. They could of given me the run around. It's nice to see a sweet and empathic business owner in times like these. I need another tire replaced soon, and I will be going back, if only for the customer service. Thank you!!!”
