“We are from South Carolina and were traveling when our truck died. My husband went to see Bailey, and he said he could look at the vehicle. Bailey recommended a tow truck which provided excellent service as well. Bailey went to work on the truck that day. He called and updated through every step. Due to the wiring problems he encountered, it took a couple of attempts with different sensors. Even though the process wasn’t as quickly as we had hoped due to waiting on parts, etc. he kept us informed and called when he said he would EVERY time! Based on the problems, we felt the price was fair as well. I would highly recommend this shop!”
“Came in with a part request, they had what I needed, they let me inspect the parts, I put in a deposit and came back later, the parts were pulled and ready to go.”
“We went out for a nice lunch up at Big Daddy’s on Fish River, everything was fine heading there, our 3 year old Hurricane boat sputtered once or twice, we thought maybe we had a little water in the gas. After lunch we cranked the boat and got back out into Fish River and the boat died. After trying multiple times to get the boat started we finally gave up and called Sea Tow. They arrived very quickly especially for having to come across Mobile Bay from Dauphin Island to Weeks Bay. We received a couple of calls from sea tow to walk us through some trouble shooting procedures to narrow down the problem just in case they could get us on our way instead of having to wait on the tow boat. We finally floated out of the main stream of traffic so we decided to just drop anchor and swim till our tow arrived (how awful for us, right). When we opened the hatch to get the anchor we could smell gas so we knew we had something leaking and were unfortunately not getting the boat cranked. When the tow boat arrived he was very polite and friendly. He knew what he was doing and we got under way quickly. It was a very smooth pull, not a lot of lurching and jerking like when being pulled by a friend even in Mobile Bay. I felt completely safe the entire tow, never worried about my boat or passengers being in danger. After getting us on our life he took a picture of my sea tow card and got a couple signatures and that was all there was to it. This is the smartest $239 I spend every year. Turned out to be a hole in a fuel filter, easy fix the next morning and have taken the boat out twice since then with no problems. What could have been a bad day on the water turned out to be only mildly inconvenient thanks to Sea Tow.”

“Transmission failed on my truck and I was stuck 366 miles from home, these guys were willing and able to tow across state lines, the driver, Scott, and the office personnel were understanding and professional, quite courteous actually, the drive to my house was tedious and time consuming several stops for fuel and a snack or two, we got it home and he made sure I was able to get it into my driveway. Very professional the entire time. I also checked to make sure he got back home safely. (He did.) Would use them again if ever such a need arose in the future. Thanks for everything!Service: Long distance hauling”
