“In my opinion, you wouldn't find a better place in Troy if you are looking for that first apartment you would call your own without having to deal with any roommates whatsoever. It's a bummer that they don't have a washer or dryer in the unit, only a community setup, but if you have somewhere else to take them, that wouldn't be a problem. If you move here, strive to get a unit on the top floor. You might get a good egg or a bad one living above you, but it's not worth taking the chance. That goes for any apartment with more than one level. As for the property management team, they are great! I don't know why there is so much lousy criticism about them. They always helped me out when I was here. All in all, a great place to start your career!”

“I just want to say living hear has been great.its quiet people are cool landlord is awesome very well spoken understanding nice and handles anything you need done in your apartment at a fast pace the matenance guy is also nice and makes sure your issues are handled.would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for nice friendly environment to live in...thanks Upper management you did great job picking your staff.”
