“The first time was great several times after that was great however here recently hasn’t been so great. One teller by the name of Casey is so rude and disrespectful. She claims she is just joking by the comments that she makes and says that she jokes with all her customers like that. I can tell the difference between a joke and not a joke and I know I’m not the only one that can. I don’t go to the bank for joking purposes. But she definitely needs to work on her customer service skills and her attitude. But other then that everything is fine and dandy. I will still be using that branch no matter what. I gave a 5 star rating because everyone else is nice and I won’t let her mess up the rating I give all together.”
