“The first time was great several times after that was great however here recently hasn’t been so great. One teller by the name of Casey is so rude and disrespectful. She claims she is just joking by the comments that she makes and says that she jokes with all her customers like that. I can tell the difference between a joke and not a joke and I know I’m not the only one that can. I don’t go to the bank for joking purposes. But she definitely needs to work on her customer service skills and her attitude. But other then that everything is fine and dandy. I will still be using that branch no matter what. I gave a 5 star rating because everyone else is nice and I won’t let her mess up the rating I give all together.”

“I went in a week ago to have my account and my sons accounts linked and it still has ent been done. Now they are to busy to take my call. Can’t go inside because the lobby is closed. Time to find a new bank. Not that they will care because I’m not a rich man but still don’t need to to give them the few dollars I have.10 minutes later after leaving this review and a I guess the people at the Troy, Al branch finally completed the paperwork and magically the accounts are linked.”

“I lost my Regions debit card about 4 days ago; after looking everywhere, I finally gave in to reporting it as lost/stolen. The website read that I'd receive it within 5-7 business days, which I was okay with, but my biggest concern was when I read that it was being mailed to an old address I had connected to the card; which is a very, VERY bad neighborhood. So around 11pm I called customer service, and they were able to cancel the request (thank God,) and stated I needed to go to my local Regions branch to change the address and request new, so I did.”
