“Great gym, always clean, decent selection of equipment. My only complaint is the dumbbells top out at 100lbs. But other than that it’s worth the membership fee. I do consider this a real gym unlike Planet Fitness and the like. The Troy Rec has everything you need to get strong. The gym manager, Jonah, is great.”
“Best gym in the Troy area for sure! The equipment selection at Walt’s is amazing from free weights to machines this place has everything. Definitely has an old school vibe but still has modern amenities! If you’re looking for a gym in the Troy area this is where you want to be!”

“Great gym, open 24hrs,ur able to park 24hrs which is perfect cuz im driving to another state and im able to go take a shower there and all. It's killer unless on a holiday lol.”
