“The doctor is a great doctor. Place clean. Great there early but if you get there late you will have to wait.Receotion was great and friendly. Check in nurse great and room nurse was great too.”
“My experience was professional and friendly. All of my needs were addressed with with a plan for the future. Patience was displayed when I asked questions about my diagnosis. It does appear the staff has changed for the better. The staff that was there during my visit seems to be different from maybe a year or so ago, which I am pleased with.”
“I want to recognize Mrs Terry for her professionalism & experience. My visit was a nightmare until she came in & saved the day. She was able to collect my blood, in my arm, on the first try which was very impressive. I have rolling veins, which makes it very difficult to collect blood if unexperience and ends in different nurses attempting numerous times & leaving me bruised the next day. With that being said, that's exactly what happened this last visit. I was ready to say forget it, enough is enough, after two different nurses tried a total of 6 times, including once in the back of the hand to retrieve blood & didn't succeed. Mrs Terry came in, stuck me in my arm & got blood the first time as soon as the needle went in. I want to say kudos to her & thank u. From this point, my visits only happened if she is working that day! --Gantt”

“Everyone way very professional from signing, taken vitals, to seeing the Dr. The wait was a bit long but I kinda expected that when there’s no appointment. I waited over an hour before going to the back and the same once I was in the back. Once they called me back they took care of me which made it all worth the wait. “The doctor they got to replace the disgraced doctor is even worse! The absolute rudest doctor I've ever encountered. Was trying to money gouge me. All I needed was a simple refill for a medication I've been on for well over a decade. He was trying to start me over from the begining, requiring multiple visits in a process I've already been thru. I'm not some kid trying to get high, I'm a grown woman and a single working mom with an asd child. I don't have the time or money for games, now I get to experience withdrawal symptoms because of an elderly doctor on a power trip. When I questioned him, he created an argument and refused to refill my medication. I've been going there for years, I've never been problematic or argumentative with the previous doctor or the staff. Don't go there unless you have a lot of disposable income and you like being talked down to * my phone screen is broken, I'd give 0 or 1 stars, but I can't post without some stars and my screen won't let me get to the 1 star”
