“We've been a semi healthy family, but have found something different at CFT. We started out looking for a place that would allow our son to workout with us. Candace put us all through a series of tests and we got started immediately. That was almost 7 months ago. My wife, son, and me started going to Reboot 3 days a week. After a few months, my son and I moved to 5 days, and just recently my daughter started as week, 2 days a week. It truly is a family affair for us. Most days you'll find us at the 5am class...its a special group. I've joked that my gym bill is more than my car payment and it's a way better investment, ha. The biggest key for me has been the way that coaches simply do not allow you to do things the wrong way, or with bad form. They help you understand the importance of doing things slower, or with less weight, for both safety reasons and long term health goals. They also balance that so well with pushing you to do a few more reps, or a little higher weight when they feel like its appropriate. I'm in the best shape of my life, and getting to do it alongside my wife and kids is priceless. I've learned to true value of commitment, consistency, and just showing up everyday! “Great place for cheer and gymnastics. This is their new facility and it is very spacious. They have a wide schedule that can fit your child's needs. They have an upstairs waiting areas for parents inside and outside of the gym. They are awesome with makeup days if class gets canceled for some reason. Very professional.”
