“The staff at this UPS location is top notch. While everyone seemed nice,Tracy provided exceptional customer service! I couldn't lift the boxes out my car and she helped get the boxes out my trunk onto a dolly (although I think I was more in her way than help :) I am sure the process is apart of her daily routine, I feel she went above and beyond and the level of kindness and her positive & friendly attitude made the experience so pleasant! Great job Tracy!!! This will be my preferred location!”
