“I went to the Leeds store after a disatourous visit to the Trussville location just hours earlier with the worst customer service I had ever had. The new phone I received in Trussville was not working so I came into the Leeds store for help. Katherine was so friendly right off the bat. I had been so upset and frustrated by my Trussville visit, but she was just wonderful and turned my mood around. Turns out the other store and associate never activated the new Sim card. Katherine restored my hope that Verizon could give good customer service. She was wonderful. I will go to this location from now on.”

“I am an AT&T retiree, and no longer a fan of the company, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Today I had a very good experience with Steve who worked with on this visit. I still get a retiree discount so I have kept my cell service with AT&T. A few days back went in to replace my iPhone 7 which had seen better day. I chose the iPhone 14 Pro instead of the iPhone 15 because the improved feature on the newer model didn’t seem to be worth the extra money. Besides, AT&T had a sizable discount on the 14 model. Today I went in to set up my new phone and to have my data transferred from my old phone to the new one. Steve was very nice and knowable and had some excellent suggestion during the long session it took to transfer the data. A very good exe”

“Kristen!!! I love her! I decided it was time to get a Business line and she helped me from beginning to end. I shopped around around different companies but I’m so glad I went with T mobile. Kristen took the time to explain my options, the plans, pricing, any promotions available etc. She was very genuine and didn’t try to just sell me anything. I’m an iPhone lover but it was a better deal on Android phones so she went over each one that was available to me. The camera specs and all as that’s important to me because I’m an Esthetician. “We had to update our sim card from Sprint to T-Mobile. We went to the store expecting a 15 minute stop. It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes. You are wondering, 5 stars? Yes, this is in regards to the store and especially Neil who helped us.We were there so long because of issues with Sprint, nothing that Neil did or could resolve. Multiple phone calls, attempts from different ways, and finally Neil was able to get our sim card switched over.During the time he was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and never got frustrated. Overall, he made the experience much better than it might have been had we had someone not as good as Neil waiting on us.Great job Neil!”

“The store location in Roebuck was spotless, the parking area was nice, and the lanes were available at the front entrance to park. Entrance and walkway areas are free of debris. We were greeted when we entered the store. Small, professionally trained staff, who were friendly, and my agent worked very hard to assist me with my phone issues. She did a great job. “Candace was very helpful and solved problems I’ve been having with my new phone and service for the last three days. I was frustrated from dealing with several different T-Mobile customer service representatives who were nice but couldn’t help me. Whenever I called customer service they gave me the run around or just couldn’t fix anything and just directed me to go to T-Mobile physically but I didn’t have time. I ended up just calling the closest store to me and Candace was able to fix everything. She was also very patient about me calling repeatedly? and answered all my questions while talking me through it! I really appreciated it!”
