“Wonderful customer service! I called them to ask if they had an Ethernet to USB adapter and the man who answered looked on their shelves for me, but they were out at the time. But he even went into the back and looked in some boxes for them. He called me back and said that he couldn't find them there but that his father in law (I believe he said the owner of the store?) Has a storage unit and believed he had one there. Truly went above and beyond to try and help me find this item.”
“Did not have a chance to use these guys but they came highly recommended. Went down there explained my situation and they were professional enough to say hey, that's not something we do but call this other company instead. I appreciate when a company is honest like that and will give a referral to someone who's better suited for specific situation or problem.
