“Nelms is the best pharmacy!! I get a real person on the phone and don’t have to wait. Prescriptions are filled quickly. It’s just a few steps from the car to go in and the drive thru line goes quickly. Best of all their staff is always friendly, helpful, and super caring. They just go above and beyond!!”

“Even though they don’t take Tricare, they are very kind. If they do take your insurance, you should use them. Pharmacies like this are unique. It’s the people. Trying dealing with the box store pharmacies for one month and you will understand. Them not taking my insurance is beyond their control, and they were sympathetic about it. Even told me the closest place that did take my insurance.”

“It seems that Sams is always packed with people, which makes the trip a little less enjoyable. It is summer and I think that's part of the reason why it stays busy. I loved going when school was in session and there was hardly anyone in there and I could peacefully walk through and just look at everything. Even though its super busy, i do enjoy the deals I get there. You can't beat the value sized bags of chips, snacks, or candy. We also love buying gatorade, water, and beer here. It's a better deal than the grocery store and super convenient if you use curbside pickup so you dont even have to lift them. We typically use scan and go if we go in the store and its so convenent. The only issue is sometimes the location won't work correctly and it doesn't realize you're in the store, so you have to connect to their wifi for it to work whcih I'm not a fan of. But that doesn't happen every time.”

“Love Carroll's in Trussville! The staff is very compassionate and attentive. They consistently go the extra mile in making sure I understand everything about my medications. Their reminder service is fantastic! I'm never out of my medications.”

“This is our go to place when we need a few things quickly here in Trussville because it’s just a few blocks from our house. And you don’t have to wait in line long to get checked out. We buy the majority of our items from Walmart in Trussville, because it supposedly cheaper, but it is a pain to shop there. We buy the vast majority of our fruits and vegetables from Publix were I think the quality is the best”

“Filled rx from unexpected surgery even though they were about to close. Super kind and patient. Pharmacist and lady at front went out of their way to help when they didn't have to and patiently waited while I ran to find insurance card I forgot ?.”

“This CVS is in very close driving distance from our home so it is very convenient for picking up miscellaneous items such vitamins, supplements, bandages, contact lens supplies, greeting cards, etc. I like their customer bonus program where after you buy a certain dollar amount of goods, they give you discounts on your next purchase”
