Lori was the queen of this post office, but hopefully she is on to bigger and better things. Don’t forget this location closes for lunch!”

Cassandra called, Jartshire emailed and a man came by the house (didn’t get his name). They all were trying to make it right. I did receive my package. I received excellent customer service which is hard to come by these days. Thank you Leeds Post office!”
“Love the Irondale post office. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they follow through when you have a mail issue. (One time my apartment number was missing from my address, so I took a note with the tracking number to the post office and talked to a staff member about it. When the package arrived there a few days later, they caught it, labeled it with my unit number, and the mail carrier delivered it to me without issue. So easy and seamless.)”

“I just had the best experience I’ve ever had at a post office! Normally, going to the post office can mean a long line and a lot of frustration, but today was completely different thanks to the manager, Jasmine Jackson.
Jasmine was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, professional, and genuinely warm. Her positive attitude and bright personality truly made my day better. She went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one, and her exceptional customer service was so impressive that I actually ended up buying more stamps and mailers than I originally needed!

“I went with 15 packages fifteen minutes before close and there were two people working, a man and a woman. The woman just gave me the nastiest look she could, acted like she was going to help but then ignored me as she proceeded to close her register down. I sat there waiting on her. The very nice gentleman, Rico, asked if I was ready and I was so I moved one counter over. He was extremely patient and helpful. Rico deserves a raise! The other lady needs to attend a class on customer service. Thanks Rico”
