“I have been a regular customer at this Trussville location for over 15 years even after moving to Moody. I have always appreciated their good friendly customer services, a clean environment where items are clearly labeled and easy to find. Unfortunately, over the last couple of months things are falling into the cracks where some employees are either too tired, disinterested in their work and not willing to go out of their way to help. They were quick at dismissing what I was asking for because the only person who handles that work had already gone home for the day. But when I explained I had been there the previous day and really needed to place my order, another employer offered to do that for me.

But because I value your services and believe you would be willing to rectify bad attitude and bad customer services that has the potential to ruin your years of clean reputation I felt the need to share my experience with you. I have no intention of messing up anybody job, but it would really help if they took initiative to help instead of passing the back or dismissing a customers needful help.
