“Had an incredible experience last week at UPS with Dallas and Sam.This location is my semi-weekly trip for Amazon returns which is always a smooth and easy process. The group is always friendly and gets folks out in and out as soon as possible.My small business needed to get equipment returned from a remote worker. Not knowing where to start, I reviewed options with Dallas for how to best send out and receive packaging to my employee in California. After carefully constructing the box and plan, the cost ended up, unfortunately, not being worth it. Still, with a customer service smile and attitude, we looked at alternative options and decided the laptop return was all we really needed. We carefully reviewed the instructions and sent the package on its way. All in all, i felt so bad that I took so much of his time, but he wanted to ensure I had an excellent experience and got my package and questions completed/answered. Thank you all so much for your friendliness and patience.”

“I went in recently to buy a plastic roller pad for the floor under a desk chair. It seemed to be quite a bit more expensive than the last one I bought a couple of years ago at the same store, but I guess everything is more expensive these days. Staples is a good place to buy anything needed in a business office and we need some of that stuff at home as well. I like the fact that they will pay $2 for every empty ink cartridge you you bring in to recycle. It kind of takes some of sting out of buying high price replacement ink for your printer.”

“Service was fast! The employee was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Now, other other hand- these prices are set WAY too high. I got two small manilla file folders laminated- one I did myself which was a disaster on the self-serve laminator and the other one they did on the larger laminator. It was around $19.00 for both and they charged all of these services fees that I was not aware of. They charged to cut, trim, and the set up to CUT the lamination- that is my one and only complaint because if I knew of these multiple fees, then I would’ve trimmed it myself.”

“This place closes at 6:00 PM on Saturdays!! The package we had was HUGE and a return. It would be as much to return it as it cost us... but the lady at FedEx here was super nice. She helped me out quite a bit. Luckily it was not busy when I showed up. The package was heavy and when I took it back to the car (this thing may just be dropped off at Good Will or a thrift store...)she left me borrow a cart thing!But did thus review for one correction. This place closes at 6:00 PM on Saturdays!!”
