The turnover time (24 hours) for what she wanted was just not going to be quick enough for what she had in mind (immediately!), but it was a last minute idea and even so they offered another solution that could have worked but just didn’t quote match her vision (glossy prints).”

“I have been a regular customer at this Trussville location for over 15 years even after moving to Moody. I have always appreciated their good friendly customer services, a clean environment where items are clearly labeled and easy to find. Unfortunately, over the last couple of months things are falling into the cracks where some employees are either too tired, disinterested in their work and not willing to go out of their way to help. They were quick at dismissing what I was asking for because the only person who handles that work had already gone home for the day. But when I explained I had been there the previous day and really needed to place my order, another employer offered to do that for me.
I rarely write any reviews. But because I value your services and believe you would be willing to rectify bad attitude and bad customer services that has the potential to ruin your years of clean reputation I felt the need to share my experience with you. I have no intention of messing up anybody job, but it would really help if they took initiative to help instead of passing the back or dismissing a customers needful help. But all in all, Staples is still my Store.”

I ordered nine custom canvas prints online for the university I work for, and I was blown away by the level of customer service I received. Just minutes after placing my order, they called to let me know that the images weren’t properly sized to be stretched over the canvases. Instead of simply printing them as-is, they walked me through how to fix the issue and even emailed me visual examples to help.
They could have easily sent me $800 worth of poorly formatted artwork, but instead, they took the initiative to reach out and ensure everything was done right. If I could leave ten stars, I would. Huge shout-out to David for going above and beyond—thank you!”
