“I Walked into regions downtown today fairly frustrated my debit card was continuing to be locked by regions due to their fraud prevention services. It has happened multiple times over the past few months and everyone I’ve talked to says the issue has been resolved and it never has been. Until today. Jarrett Getlak and the lovely African American and white lady tellers assured me by in the AM they personally would resolve my issue. Regions. These 3 saved a customer for y’all today. FWIW.”
