“A place you need to visit frequently if you are looking for specific items, as the stock changes frequently. The prices are good. Some of the items may be scratched (it is an outlet after all) but for many items a furniture scratch pen will take care of it. They have a great selection of interesting wall art.”
“This store reminds me of a store close to home that has a lot of baby furniture and a few clothing items. The prices are reasonable as well especially for the brand names. For each crib design they had they paired it with complementary rugs, picture frames wall decor to make it visual for the buyer. I would check this store out if you live in the area and have a baby on the way or even have children”

“Went into Lampadas several months ago to look for some replacement lamps. They were so helpful and had such good ideas that I ended up with 2 new couches, 2 new chairs, a new coffee table, and a new glass and metal table for displaying my family photos! Am awaiting the furniture delivery hopefully next week- and already have the custom designed pillows for the couches and chairs! Can't wait to see my living room all put together and lightened up! Camellia has been very helpful and always responsive to all my questions.”

“While we had cloey as our shopping assistant each time we have been there, everyone else we have come across, which has been around 5 others, has been equally amazing and "normal" as I call it. When I say "normal" what I mean is relaxed yet available, and receptive to what our needs are while being jovial and having fun. We bought all new furniture for our house, and were given quite a few concessions on different pieces that we liked. Bottom line, they work with you on what you want. Exactly the way customer service should be handled. At this point, I feel like Ive known Cloey for years...an old friend. And now that I do know her, Im so happy to know she will be an old friend one day. You guys at Spillers Furniture on 15th street are AMAZING and I will be back soon for more furniture ?and not just her Basically Every employee had good Customer Service experience by greeting me with a smile on their faces and saying hello thank you and come back to the store I love that about spillers furniture keep up the good work you guys ? ?”

Nothing falls apart in one week or they fix it with warranty, a lot of people do not care how hard you try if one thing is not how they thought or if 2k is a lot of money to them so they think they are the only customer on earth, they will throw you under the bus. No one beats the prices, over 20 furniture manufacturers to choose from, and now you can even have furniture included if you buy a home using their service”

“I’ve never experienced such personal attention and white glove service when purchasing a mattress. I went into the store figuring I would only be about 10 or 20 minutes and would probably be mostly on my own. However, Hailey was genuinely concerned about what I was going to do for a bed in my new home. She put more consideration and thought into my needs than I could ever have. Now you would expect the sales person to know the industry, But she went over and above that and looked specifically at me as a customer and how, and if they could truly help me.
I was running short on time and she promised to keep looking into my needs. She texted me back a couple of hours later I put together a package for me that was absolutely astounding. I got more than I wanted and saved a lot of money at the same time.
The entire experience was so rewarding that the very next day I am looking into buying another set for my guest room. This is something that I had planned would be something I would do maybe six months from now, but all the hard work is already done with such a detailed and thoughtful employee.
If only all businesses worked this way.It”
