“My experience was great--they had what I needed, the app led me to the right aisle and bay for more than 15 items, the self checkout processed my military discount, and the ladies watching the door were friendly and helpful near closing time. I'm not sure what all the low marks are about for this store, but my experience was as good as home (Madison, Alabama). The only deduction here is their inventory--they don't have quite the selection I am used to...and while they might not have had everything I WANTED, they had what I NEEDED.”

And the manager helped me open a pro account .im in there about 5 times a week and I know a few people that work there and they are also helpful Rick was very helpful and cut me some keys that I needed.i like all the cashiers there and they know me because they see me about every day.”

“Went shopping to pick up several items. Their website had items listed in the wrong location. A Lowe's employee named Sandra saw us walking in circles and then personally took us to each item. She truly knows the store and their products. Lowe's thank you for have an outstanding employee will be shopping there more often”
