Katrina was a HUGE help in finding jeans that not only looked amazing, but fit and felt really nice. “The owner of this store is truly a class act. I was visiting from Birmingham and working in the mall to repair a door to the cash office. I was mistakenly sent here first.. He greeted me so kindly and informed me that it was the wrong store.. He then helped me find my true destination.. He offered me a seat and even offered to share his breakfast with me. After my work was done I came back to thank him for being such an awesome guy. He reached out his hand and asked me if I was an Alabama fan.. I said yes and he asked me who my favorite player was.. I told him Im a Tua fan and he said follow me.. He then gave me a Tua and Dan Marino picture that was autographed.. In a world that has lost it's humanity it was such a sweet and appreciated gesture.. I will be shopping with him for all of my family Alabama gear.. Thanks Tom! Love you brother!”

“Honestly, I would like to give this store a 3.5 star, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I've been to this store a couple of times, and the staff is hit or miss. The best time I have been in was when the district manager was visiting. None of the normal staff helped me, but the district manager went above and beyond. Other than the customer service, the store looks like a normal men's warehouse, but in a less convenient place to get to.”
