“Absolutely LOVE their scent “lace” and I can’t say enough good things about their customer service! I’ve never been to their shop location, but came across their laundry line a while back and wanted to order online. Website was super easy to navigate, but somewhere along the way, I ordered the wrong scent. I reached out right away via email, but assumed I would just have to order another bottle, and sort out trying to return the wrong one. This was totally on me, so I was shocked that within 2 hours, they cancelled my mistake, refunded me and had the right one on the way! I got a notification of the refund, and a friendly email letting me know they fixed my mistake. Will definitely(more cautiously) order again, and recommend!”
“I’m updating my past 5 star review after the continued 5 star service I received yesterday.I went into Mountain High Outfitters yesterday afternoon to shop for some new pants. I was immediately greeted at the door and within a minute an associate came over to see if I needed any help. After picking out a pair of pants and trying them on Joe asked how they worked and if she could pull a different size, and then looked at company wide inventory to see what they had at different stores. Joe then showed me a similar pair of pants she thought I would like. I stopped to look at a sale rack that Joe pointed out, and by the time I got back to the dressing room Joe had pulled several different brands and styles of of pants in my size for me to try on. This was extremely helpful and AMAZING service. Ultimately, I ended up buying about 4 different pairs of pants and a pair of shoes while someone else in the store helped my wife pick out a pair of shoes. I highly recommend spending your money with a store like Mountain High Outfitters who cares about their customers and is knowledgeable about their product. Every employee in the store seemed happy to be there and happy that you were there to shop with them. I cant recommend them enough! Thank you for a great shopping experience Mountain High!”

“I don't buy shoes in person often, but I can say the biggest thing that helped me was the fact that their reported online inventory was pretty accurate to their in-store inventory which helped me find the right size and style that I wanted for the Birkenstocks I was there to get. Didn't need staff assistance but they were friendly.”

However like belk which takes return and offer you your money back, but got away from in style urban clothing.with that I bought a pair of camouflage pants that where skinny jeans,but suttle in style . City gear choice of clothing pops with color and style and is expensive. My waist is 36 pants were in relaxed section. No need to try own. Upon taking them back. I was offered a in store gift card or I could pick something else in store. My dilliema is if, I can not receive cash back. Why can, I not use the card in hibbett sports for more options. IAre your policies just a urban thing.”

“The best place to shop in Tuscaloosa for all your running needs! Every time I went in there for my marathon training the employees were so knowledgeable and encouraging. The store’s owner Henry has created the best running community in Tuscaloosa. When I’ve seen him in the store, he would make a point to speak with every customer and make sure they were getting the best service. He’s active in the community helping out with university running events and doing what he can to show support. He has brought something to Tuscaloosa that will be here for a very long time.
