“I went to the 15th Street location with an emergency. Apple was going to delete all of my information on my old phone, which had all of my kids pictures since the day he was born (6 years worth of pictures) including the birth video which my wife doesn’t have. They took my phone put it on priority and was able to fix it so that I could get all of my photos on to my new phone. Huge shout out to Kevin and Corey. Y’all are awesome!”
