“DJ, kelton and each of the other staff that were in the store on this particular day were absolutely amazing to me. I'm not very tech savvy and I'm an older person and they took their time to explain everything to me they did not try to just upsell or anything like that they did everything necessary to help me resolve every issue I had. Honestly I will not go to another Metro location other than this one because I really enjoyed the personal relationship that they took the time to established with me. I felt like I was part of the family and I had made some very good friends by the time I left there I could not be more appreciative to all of you each and every one of you were wonderful.”

Sadie was very polite and easy to talk to she got it switched over and went to review the new price and it was way to high. “I came to this location a few weeks ago. I had spent the day trying to establish a business account. All the other companies could not service my office address or did not have a staff member able to assist with business accounts. It was very frustrating. When I called this T-Mobile location, I spoke with Daniel. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. Alexis in the store helped establish business internet for me and made the process super easy to setup and understand. I am extremely happy with the service and thankful for the staff. Definitely recommend T-Mobile and this location in particular.”

“Tuscaloosa wireless is the best place to get your phone fixed. I broke my iPhone 10 and they were able to fix the screen on my phone within an hour. They were also so generous that they took the extra step to put a screen saver on my phone because they I told them how I drop my phone a lot. They gave me a discount on a really good case and they called me a few days later and checked on me to see how my phone was and that it was still working. They also fix the charging ports and sell batteries so if you have any issue I highly recommend coming here to get it fix!!”

Doors opened five minutes before they were even supposed to open and they welcomed me right in and had me checked out right away. The employees are very nice and welcoming. We wished to acquire internet and our repsentative was well informed and knowledgeable. We where in and out in less than 30 minutes with everything we needed and most definitely will return to this location if there is any need.”

“My review is no referenced to the store or staff. I got the wireless and I was told I had thirty days to return no charge. Returned it well before the 30 days and was still charged by Verizon even though they said the records showed I returned in time. I paid the extortion fee of 40 dollars just because I got sick of the horrible customer service. Beware if you try the wireless and they tell you the same thing they told me and the commercials. Just made me happy I stuck with my current provider - I changed my rating for the store the staff did nothing wrong. Verizon Corporate took my money they made the commercials they saw in their records I turned it in on time yet I had to pay. Your staff did their job correctly.”

“This Target is located in the perfect spot in Tuscaloosa, as it is close to most everything- including the UofA, the local Mall, Skyland Blvd., and it is centrally located to surrounding out lying cities. This Target is newer, and is very easy to get in and out of. The hours are convenient and the employees have always been nice and helpful.”

“I went to the in saide university mall Wireless World location with an emergency. Apple was going to delete all of my information on my old phone, which had all of my kids pictures since the day he was born (6 years worth of pictures) including the birth video which my wife doesn’t have. They took my phone put it on priority and was able to fix it so that I could get all of my photos on to my new phone. Huge shout out to Zee awesome!”
