I'm not very tech savvy and I'm an older person and they took their time to explain everything to me they did not try to just upsell or anything like that they did everything necessary to help me resolve every issue I had. Honestly I will not go to another Metro location other than this one because I really enjoyed the personal relationship that they took the time to established with me. “Tuscaloosa wireless is the best place to get your phone fixed. I broke my iPhone 10 and they were able to fix the screen on my phone within an hour. They were also so generous that they took the extra step to put a screen saver on my phone because they I told them how I drop my phone a lot. They gave me a discount on a really good case and they called me a few days later and checked on me to see how my phone was and that it was still working. They also fix the charging ports and sell batteries so if you have any issue I highly recommend coming here to get it fix!!”
