“DJ, kelton and each of the other staff that were in the store on this particular day were absolutely amazing to me. I'm not very tech savvy and I'm an older person and they took their time to explain everything to me they did not try to just upsell or anything like that they did everything necessary to help me resolve every issue I had. Honestly I will not go to another Metro location other than this one because I really enjoyed the personal relationship that they took the time to established with me. I felt like I was part of the family and I had made some very good friends by the time I left there I could not be more appreciative to all of you each and every one of you were wonderful.”

“One of my speakers was going out. Not from the Tuscaloosa area but saw Mobile Electronics on the map and decided to give them a try. Excellent service and professionalism. Staff were knowledgeable about equipment and efficient with their work. Dropped my truck off at 1 and got it back at 3 sounding fantastic. Would highly recommend for any speaker or stereo work in the Tuscaloosa area”

“I bought an inexpensive battery here in 2020. It lasted longer than the previous two batteries I got at Costco. I drive mostly in short hops, so my batteries last about two years. Recently my battery started giving out, so I started looking for a new one. The auto parts stores were charging high prices like they were the last time I looked, so I came back to Dixie. I mentioned I had bought my current battery from them, and I was told that even though I didn't have the receipt that they would honor the warranty. It was the very end of a prorated warranty, but I still got a discount on a new battery. They even installed the battery for me on the spot. I am impressed.”

“I don't normally write reviews but had to do one today. I went in to get a number removed off a plan that is no longer used and move mine over to it. Sadie was very polite and easy to talk to she got it switched over and went to review the new price and it was way to high. She contacted customer support chat and kept me informed the whole process and got it straightened out. Amazing customer service so polite and friendly. Thanks again Sadie for your help ?”

“I came to this location a few weeks ago. I had spent the day trying to establish a business account. All the other companies could not service my office address or did not have a staff member able to assist with business accounts. It was very frustrating. When I called this T-Mobile location, I spoke with Daniel. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. Alexis in the store helped establish business internet for me and made the process super easy to setup and understand. I am extremely happy with the service and thankful for the staff. Definitely recommend T-Mobile and this location in particular.”

“Usually, I use the pick-up/car delivery service. Target has an advantage over WalMart and Sam's because this service is free. By the time I apply the 5% Target Red Card Discount, the prices are about the same.I pull in to a parking spot, notify Target on the app, and within a few minutes my order is in the car. The "delivers" are friendly and efficient. This is a great service.Two of my favorite perks- I don't have to look for the item in the store therefore I don't find items to buy that are not on my shopping list.”

“Initially I left a very bad review, however since that time the owner of the store has rectified the situation. Josiah (the owner) & Rosi (the store rep.) went above and beyond to make my experience with Metro PCS and their store a fantastic one. They really did take care of me and were very professional. I really appreciate them making a bad situation way better than it was... Great job guys! I highly recommend this store, be sure to ask for Rosi... she's a pro!”

“Tuscaloosa wireless is the best place to get your phone fixed. I broke my iPhone 10 and they were able to fix the screen on my phone within an hour. They were also so generous that they took the extra step to put a screen saver on my phone because they I told them how I drop my phone a lot. They gave me a discount on a really good case and they called me a few days later and checked on me to see how my phone was and that it was still working. They also fix the charging ports and sell batteries so if you have any issue I highly recommend coming here to get it fix!!”

“In and out in probably five minutes at the most. I placed an order online easily and effortlessly the day before. Doors opened five minutes before they were even supposed to open and they welcomed me right in and had me checked out right away. The employees are very nice and welcoming. Always a pleasure shopping at this location.”

“My review is no referenced to the store or staff. I got the wireless and I was told I had thirty days to return no charge. Returned it well before the 30 days and was still charged by Verizon even though they said the records showed I returned in time. I paid the extortion fee of 40 dollars just because I got sick of the horrible customer service. Beware if you try the wireless and they tell you the same thing they told me and the commercials. Just made me happy I stuck with my current provider - I changed my rating for the store the staff did nothing wrong. Verizon Corporate took my money they made the commercials they saw in their records I turned it in on time yet I had to pay. Your staff did their job correctly.”
