I’ve been getting prescriptions filled at The Pharmacy at Midtown for several years, but I didn’t realize how nice all the employees were until I needed assistance after my surgery. “This is my first visit to this store as I usually go to university e store because it's closer. When I walked in I was greeted immediately with smiles and asking how I was. I felt genuinely welcome and they wanted my business. I had a question and the lady was very responsive and even though she couldn't fix the issue she gave me the number to someone who could. The other store in 5 points you never get this service. They act like you messed up their day that you stopped in to shop. God forbid you have a question. You have then went to far. These nice ladies need a raise CVS! I'm an avid couponer and frequent the stores often. This store is by far the best in the tuscaloosa area. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to get the good service. Thank you ladies.”

“This has been my pharmacy for years, and while there have been some issues along the way, I want to note that anytime I’ve gone inside or called, the staff has been extremely helpful.
The challenges tend to occur in the drive-through. I understand that the prepaid option is easier for employees working the window, but there are times when that simply isn’t possible. It also isn’t a requirement for using the drive-through. When you’re sick or unable to get out of your vehicle, it can be frustrating to feel like the employee at the window is bothered by having to take a few extra steps to complete the transaction.
On more than one occasion, one particular employee has had a visible attitude and spoken under her breath, which adds to the frustration.
I recommend being prepared to be patient when using the drive-through—both with the wait times and with the employees.”
“Never have an issue when I go everyone in the pharmacy is very polite and helpful. I don't know if it's new staff as I wasn't here 2 yrs ago. I didn't like the front cashier when I first went in but they could have been having a day...either way I don't go to the front”

“I would Highly recommend Walgreens 69 South Photo Department to anyone! I was in desperate need of a photo project and they did not disappoint. There were two associates (Alissa and Bailey) that went above and beyond. I'm not that tech savvy so I accidentally placed the order to be shipped instead of store pickup (which was what I needed) since I needed the photo book by Tuesday. Even though they were super busy, Bailey took her time to help me cancel the online order and also instructed me on how to order so it could be Same day pickup and assured me that she would get my order ready before she left. Bailey never seemed bothered and was very accommodating. Alissa also was very patient and was there to assist in any way she could. Since they were so busy, Alissa had to get on a register. Once I got to checkout Alissa checked me out and sincerely hoped my order was what I had expected. Alissa & Bailey made my experience Exceptional.”
“I witnessed the pharmacy staff being verbally abused and yelled at on several occasions and they remain calm, patient, and always with a smile on their face. Working in a pharmacy is not easy work as is obvious by most of these reviews where patients are oblivious to how their insurance works or medications being on back order works. Too often these people who are used to being coddled take it out on staff. Every time I come here they have treated me with respect and kindness and got my medications filled asap which is more than I can say for the cvs across the street.”

He then helped me to my car, and low and behold, there were all my bags. He offered to move my items from plastic bags, YUCK, to my bags. He was super friendly, efficient and helpful. Wonderful youn man.”
