“I was in there earlier today to make a binder for a customer and I believe her name was Mary that was helping me. Awesome lady, made the whole process so easy. Tyson was also assisting me and I had a great time just being able to spend a few minutes talking to them. Looking forward to my next trip.”

“Amazon now routing me here for some returns. No expedited, dedicated Amazon self-serve kiosk here like at UPS. I'd only been here late in the day on weekends when it was nearly deserted. When I walked in mid-day during the week and saw how busy it was I audibly groaned. BUT, there were plenty of staff and things moved quickly. There were staff out helping customers at the copiers and multiple folks moving behind the counter & in back. When I had another return a few days later, I didn't dread going in. They've been consistently quick, despite heavy traffic.”
