The staff is generally friendly, helpful, and provides sweet southern hospitality, with quick responses to issues. Check-in and out is easy. The location is convenient, near many stores and restaurants with reasonable prices. However, the facility lacks an elevator. While some rooms are updated, others can feel outdated with minor maintenance issues. The pool area has been a point of disappointment, noted as cloudy, in need of upkeep, and not clean. Some rooms may have occasional issues like poor water pressure, a funny smell, or being near noisy areas. It is not a luxury hotel, but for the money it provides a great stay with all the essentials for a night or an extended visit. Many guests would stay again.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, pleasant. Hopped over here from a hotel down the street that was absolutely disgusting. Could finally relax when I got here.
