“Amazon now routing me here for some returns. No expedited, dedicated Amazon self-serve kiosk here like at UPS. I'd only been here late in the day on weekends when it was nearly deserted.
When I walked in mid-day during the week and saw how busy it was I audibly groaned. BUT, there were plenty of staff and things moved quickly.
There were staff out helping customers at the copiers and multiple folks moving behind the counter & in back.
When I had another return a few days later, I didn't dread going in. They've been consistently quick, despite heavy traffic.”
