We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Jonathan, a Sam’s Club employee who went above and beyond in the final minutes on Christmas Eve to make our last-minute Christmas dinner a success.
Our kids surprised us by coming home for Christmas, and we found ourselves rushing to prepare their special request for a seafood boil. When we arrived at Sam’s Club, the shelf was empty of crab legs, even though the app showed over 50 bags in stock. We asked Jonathan if he could check for availability, and instead of giving us a quick “no,” he took the time to reach out to several other employees and ensured we left with the crab legs we needed.
