“There aren't enough words to express the appreciation I have for the employees of AutoZone in Tuskegee Alabama. Long story short I was traveling through about 3 hours away from my home my truck broke down. Came across a tow truck driver named Nate who was also so kind and helpful he towed my truck to the AutoZone. After getting to the AutoZone I didn't know what to do my insurance was giving me the runaround I had no idea where I was and from the minute I walked in AutoZone David and Kevin stopped to help me above and beyond any experience I've ever had even in my own hometown. Not only were they kind and attentive they fixed my vehicle for me after hours the same day and remained in contact ensuring I made it home safely. I've never been to that town before and the hours that I was there I learned not only a lot of the history in that town which was absolutely amazing but the small town hospitality was an experience I will never forget. I am forever grateful and appreciative for everything David and Kevin did for me there are no words thank you doesn't seem like enough. Nate the tow truck driver also absolutely amazing help I received from him and I'm not sure if her name but she was also so very kind to me and made the best fried bologna sandwich I've ever had in my entire life. I travel a lot but I had never been this route before and I'm so thankful for every minute of it I met amazing people the customer service I received has been like no other anywhere and again I just want to say thank you David and Kevin you guys are amazing and I will be back through there every time I travel I'm going to come that route to say hi and get that sandwich. Lol. Your kindness will be forever remembered”
