They refuse to deliver packages saying my road is inaccessible.. explain to me how the entire gas line crew AND big Fed Ex trucks seem to make it up my road just fine and have plenty of room to turn around but these guys are unable. Sorry, not sorry, it's ridiculous!

Haven't received my mail yesterday. Holidays are stressful, I know, but we need our packages as this is service dog gear. i.e: medical equipment.

Didn't receive any mail for a week because apparently she was "scared to get stuck" coming down our dirtroad. Then why did you apply for a job where you have to drive?? Make it make sense. You can't just not do your job for a week.
