“This place is so much fun to explore. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. I needed to replace a broken gold chain with charm, and was headed to a place that would have been much more expensive, when I remember Delta and thought I would just check with them. It turned out they had a nice selection of chains and I was able to easily find a replacement at a very reasonable price, even for gold. The jewelry is beautiful, and they have probably the largest collection of sterling silver jewelry in the city. The store is full of wonderful and nostalgic things. You almost feel as though you're in a museum. It's great fun just to browse.”

We didn’t know exactly what we wanted and Sophia was so patient and helpful at every step. Showing us different options, ordering various styles for us to try on. She put in so much time and really helped us hone in on exactly what fit our needs. She was also extremely transparent on pricing from start to finish! Which helps make the process comfortable and easy.

“Excellent shop for repairs. I had received a $3000 estimate to repair an arthritic shank on an engagement ring from another local jewelry store. The jewelry store that gave me that estimate had repaired the ring only a couple of weeks before. The shank came undone and the ring fell off while I was playing an outdoor sports activity. I happened to feel it drop off so was able to retrieve it immediately; otherwise, the ring would have been lost. The $3000 quoted me was in addition to the original repair cost. Greg Sanders was very professional yet understanding. He was able to get the ring repaired with a clasp that holds firm for only $95! Needless to say, I am deeply indebted to him and his store. “I had a marquise cut diamond solitaire engagement ring that my husband wanted to have reset for our 30th anniversary. He told me to decide how I wanted it set, but I really had no idea. We live in Tuscaloosa and went to a couple of jewelry stores here. They basically just told me to try to find a setting and they could have it made but were not really eager to help. In fact, one of things that my husband did want to “contribute” to the design was that he thought it would be nice to incorporate yellow diamonds. The salesperson at one of the stores here told us that yellow diamonds were expensive so we should consider yellow sapphires. I told her that I didn’t like yellow sapphires because they leaned more toward orange. I specifically asked if they could do a CAAD incorporating yellow diamonds, but when she sent it to me she stated that she told them yellow sapphires. She never asked our budget, so she was making an assumption we could not afford diamonds. We decided to go to some jewelers in Birmingham and decided we would go to three, with Levy’s being one of them. They were the last of the three we went to on a Saturday. The first two had the same type of “what do you want approach” and never really helped guide me through some design options. Then we got to Levy’s and met Jenn. She is fantastic!!!! Rather than just standing at a counter staring at us waiting for us to tell her what we wanted (like the other jewelry stores), she sat us down at her desk and went through various design options. We ended up deciding on a design I thought I wanted, and she proceeded to order yellow diamonds we could look at. By the time the yellow diamonds came in, I had decided on a different design. Jenn was not frustrated at all with my change of mind and again proceeded to discuss various options to ensure it would come out looking gorgeous. I picked up the ring two days ago, and it is stunning! It came out so much better than I could have ever dreamed, and it would not have been the case without Jenn helping us all along the way. If we ever need any more quality jewelry we will definitely go back to Levy’s!”

“Just picked up my Rolex GMT Master II from a service. Everything was completed in a reasonable time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had the complete overhaul and a refinishing performed. According to my time grapher, amplitude is around 290* and 0 seconds/day off with the dial up, and the refinishing has it looking factory new.
Best part is that the coronet on the watch’s crown is perfectly aligned when fully screwed down.
Very happy with the results.”
