“Update!I did receive a call from John this afternoon. They switched me to a different unit and I was able to access it.Can't say that things have started off well. Rented a unit online on Monday, May 8. Received email receipt with unit number and lock code the same day. Went by this morning (May 11) at 10:30 and could get the lock to open. Called and left a voice message and sent a text per voice message instructions. I have sent numerous texts and left another voice message and, 2 hours later, I have still not received any kind of reply. Very frustrating because I am trying to get my house ready to sell and need a storage unit.”
