“I have used Space Savers Hwy. 280 for storage for the past 3 years. The manager, GV, has always been super helpful. The facility is clean and modern. I've used other facilities over the years - the corporate ones. I advise against those. They'll reel you in with a low rate, then up it significantly shortly after. Space Savers provides a good business model that includes respect for its customers. This is the only facility I will use for storage in Birmingham. Their positive track record is proven.”

“If You ever need a storage facility I highly recommend Forestdale Storage. The site is very secure with cameras, bright lights and digital special codes for entry. The staff is always available and return calls as needed. Plus their storage rates are reasonable and they don't do hidden fees. Really Great Place. Sundra Russell”

“I have only been with AZ storage for one month The reservation, paperwork completion and move in all went as smoothly as possible however, during the reservation process I declined insurance on my unit but was still charged for the insurance.. I'm working on getting that resolved now but otherwise it's been a great experience!”

“I have no problem with the location BUT .....I RENTED A STORAGE UNIT AUGUST 2O25 ITS 50 MO THEN IN DECEMBER IT WENT TO 60 NOW I GET A NOTIFICATION EMAIL TODAY 5 MONTHS LATER AND ITS GOING TO $76 MO SERIOUSLY IT HASN'T BEEN A YR AND RAISED 3 X ALREADY they get you in then continuously raise your rate when you're already there what a total rip off and then say market prices raised yes maybe but I'm already there so that should effect my unit it's a total rip off to customers 3x in 9 months I'd never recommend them based on that alone screwing people over once they're in there so there $1 promotion is just a scam because they gonna raise it when ever they feel like it so you get screwed”

“I almost completely gave up on the work ethics of today, until I met Joe at iStorage on 280. We are of the old school of work ethics, Joe reminds me of when putting 100 ? in anything you do was the minimum taught to us by our previous generation. In my opinion he makes the location on 280 one of the top storage units in Birmingham!! And from what I see I’m not the only one who appreciates his dedication to that location. Joe, you’re the best !! I appreciate everything you do for me and other tenants. Thank you for doing everything to make us feel safe and appreciated!???”
