Ordered at this location because they had what I wanted to pick up in stock and will go to the Brook highland location from now on or just order online to be delivered. What was in stock per the app was said to not be in stock when I picked you my order that I placed many hours before I showed up to pick up. You couldn’t find anyone to help you in the store but there were multiple employees behind the register counter talking. The order I placed on the app that was supposed to be ready in two hours that I came to pick up at least 4 hours after ordering was not ready for pick up because they got side tracked. I tried purchasing a few more items and ringing up those items was a challenge, so much so that I just grabbed the app order I had to wait for them to finish getting together and just left everything else there. The shelves were messy and not stocked… I love Ulta but if this location was my only option I’d never go back in store again. Very disappointing.

Walked in and was followed around.l and watch constantly. Was interested in buying new perfume but was not offered any help just watched. Very upsetting. Hoover Alabama

Lady at counter was a manager and didn’t know about the brow services provided! She was rude and should fix her face when customers ask questions or simply just tell us that she “does not know”! Horrible behavior!

I'm an employee at another store and I went it on 6/30, one night before we closed. I used the Ulta bathroom because the ones in the movie theater are gross. I know the bathrooms at Ulta are normally clean, so I thought I'd get in and get out. After using the restroom and item caught my eye and I decided to buy it. When I went to the register I let the other beauty advisor know that I needed a manager to check me out. The manager whose name was Nick came up to me and asked me what my phone number was, what store I worked at and how long I had been working there. I told him my number and the other information. He proceeded to ask me " Oh, does Saul still work there?" BTW there is no Saul at the store I work at. After tell him no in a confused tone. I realized that he did it to test me. Then I decided to ask myself why? I don't want to assume anything about Nick. But I do know that the only thing were suppose to ask when another employee came to the store was for there ID. He proceeded to get dry with me and then he perked up when I showed him my ID. Not only was this extremely disrespectful ,but its unprofessional and not what employees or a customer should experience. I hope Nick does not treat any other employees that look like me the same way.

My wife just had her hair cut and colored by Shelby. Color is great. The cut....not so much. The left side of her hair is ONE INCH longer than the right side. How does that happen?!?! Also, several items such as how she wanted the ends of the hair to look around her face were cut just the OPPOSITE. How does that happen?!?! There are gaps on the right side of her head, too. Stacked cut on the back when asked for the opposite. For $179?!?!?!?!?After sitting 3 hours in the chair, one would expect a much better outcome if someone were paying the slightest bit of attention.

This is in reference to the salon. I got a full highlight yesterday. The prices start at $127. If the price is going to increase significantly PLEASE inform the client. I was unable to tip due to my bill being $210 from $127. (I know highlights can cost more but I thought maybe $175). I love my hair and I enjoyed using this particular stylist. However, transparency is important to me. Please in the future; ask before adding on services.

You find a lot of amazing high end stuff but quite expensive. This isn't a store for the everyday person. You need to have deep pockets to shop here

The associate was very helpful and they had a vast array of product knowledge. They were out of a few things we needed but made sure to check to see if the closest store had what we needed.
