The UPS Store on 31 is my neighborhood store, and it’s the best! I go in weekly, and I’m consistently greeted and assisted by a wonderful customer service team. They turn what could be a mundane errand into a positive experience every time, and for that I am grateful.

Great store and great employees! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Greg is always great when I need something printed and a quick turnaround! Everyone is super efficient and I never have to wait when I need to ship or return an item. And I love their quick and easy self-serve amazon return station.
