“I needed to drop a few Amazon returns and showed up with my boxes. The employee who helped me immediately assessed and determined which boxes needed labels and which were ready to go. I wasn't in a hurry, but the employee processed them super quickly. In a time where quality customer service can be difficult to come by, this establishment has it nailed. Thank you!!!”

“About 2 weeks ago my husband contacted Dallas at this UPS store about mailing a dirtbike to Alaska. He was 100% helpful, quick, and packed that bike so well it was in perfect condition when it arrived. While working on packing and prepping for shipping Dallas was in contact with us every step of the way. Not to mention we got the bike in less than a week. I was 100% pleased with the service I received!”

He was patient, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
