“I’m an Instacart shopper who came in today to pick up two subs for an order. As it turned out, someone else picked up those two subs when they didn’t belong to them. People, don’t take subs that aren’t yours!!
I totally forgot to get the names of both the man working the sub station and the deli manager but they were super kind and apologetic about the mix-up and my subs got remade, I delivered them and the customers were happy. Thank you both so much for working through a frustrating situation on a busy Sunday afternoon!
