“This is the diamond in the rough best classic car repair shop in the state of Georgia. They are honest, professional, and do everything they can do to give you a great deal with service to match. Kevin was the most honest and communicative person I have ever had the pleasure working with. He kept me posted and wherever he can save me money he did. I have a 1970 classic c10 show car that is immaculate and he did some work on it that other shops were trying to get me to spend a bunch of money I didn't need to and did excellent quality work in a timely manner with great and personable communication the entire time. I will never take my classic anywhere else. Class act shop.”
“I had my mustang towed into the shop to have my exhaust repaired and I got my car back the very next day. Great service and Gary is the man if you’re in the area I would highly recommend them!”
“I realize I overreacted with my review so I removed it. But to say you were thinking about helping me with the cost and replacing the transmission to make yourselves look good is the same as doing nothing. You never offered any help. You said it would cost $2000 for a transmission and that was all. The church only helped me to get the car back, so the car is the same as it was when I left. The other times the service was good.”
“All of the workers went above and beyond to help Me. They ensured me I'll have the right parts before I arrived to get them. They had it ready when I got there and even gave me assistance with attaching it which they didn't have to do. They are nice knowledgeable about their parts and friendly. 10/10”
““Great service and honest people. Got my truck in quick, diagnosed the issue right, and had me back on the road faster than expected. Highly recommend this shop.””
“People were courteous and explained mechanical problems in detail so you could get a full understanding. Even offered alternatives for repair to reduce cost. Wish it were Carroll's in every city and every state to get rid of the other crooked repair shops!!! Thank you Carroll's!”
