Went to check my phone account, to see if my discount where applied. The Manager a WMA added a line to my account not paying attention to what I asked him to do. Went back to the store 09/19/25 after an over billed $75 dollars worth for the added line. Total on the phone time 1hr 22mins with AT&T customer service to correct this. Time is money! Also at the AT&T store, MNA stated that he could not help at the store correct this and I had to call 611, customer service. And they could not call customer service from inside the store. I called 611 from my cell and left the store. The 611 ladies were great. they killed the extra line and credited my bill for next month. One lady Grace was very patient, answered all questions. The other lady was very nice. She had visited Alaska, Sitka. I told her that Seward was my favorite. She was cool, she confirmed the line was dead and I wasn't getting charged. Confirmed applied credits. Why do you have a store where they can't call 611 Customer service or the staff can't help you with billing issues? Save the money, or hire better staff that can assist with all billing issues.

Swapping over to AT&T was really easy. As long as your devices are unlocked and you have a transfer pin from your current phone provider. Julie was awesome and made the process enjoyable.

I went into AT&T to get international calling while I'm out of country. The AT& T employees were helpful, prompt, & knowledgeable. I had international calling put on my personal & business phones in ni time at all.

I recently visited the AT&T store and had an amazing experience thanks to Matt! He went above and beyond to help my family get new iPhones and set us up with a new plan. Even though he was the only one working, he handled everything like a pro. Matt's exceptional service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Matt if you need assistance!

When I came into the store there were about 3 people waiting ahead of me for help and I was still greeted and acknowledged by Matt. Matt was the only worker on the sales floor at the time and he really stepped up and quickly helped all customers with a smile on his face. When he finally got to me, he was very polite, respectful, and had lots of resourceful information regarding my iPhone upgrade. Thank you to Matt for working so hard and for giving me a pleasant experience at AT&T!

Came in to do a trade in for the iphone 16 pro max that a previous employee had literally told me I was able to do a week before, but then the store manager Jon wouldn’t allow me too because he said my phone was not eligible due to its condition. But mind you I showed the previous employee that it was in bad condition and he looked at it and said i would still qualify for a trade in and it’ll at least take off 300$. I would’ve traded it in that day but i still had to erase the phone and remove it from find my iPhone so he told me i could drop it off another day.
I feel that Jon was judging me based off my looks and simply didn’t want to do anything to help me like the other employee did. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this store or if you do just STAY AWAY FROM JON THE MANAGER. How is he a store manager when he can’t even value a loyal customer who’s been with Atnt since 2021.

The employee was extremely helpful despite me being not tech savvy at all. He walked me thru everything step by step and was very polite about my lack of knowledge on the matter. I recommend Jacob B, actually nominate him for a raise and praise on his excellent and friendly customer service skills!!!
